The Weeknd is commemorating his epic Super Bowl Halftime Show with his very own championship ring.
The one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry was designed by celebrity jeweler Elliot Eliantte and commissioned by the singer’s manager, Amir “Cash” Esmailian. According to TMZ, the ring contains 16 carats of VVS diamonds that spell out “XO” with the Lombardi Trophy in the middle surrounded by the words “World Champions.”
The gold ring also features The Weeknd’s name, the official score of Super Bowl LV, and the date, with Super Bowl 2021 on one side and the Pepsi Halftime Show logo on the other.
Cash gifted the ring to The Weeknd in honor of his 31st birthday on Tuesday, but he wasn’t the only recipient of the custom bling. Other members of the XO crew also received championship rings to mark the momentous occasion.
Over 96 million viewers tuned in to watch Super Bowl LV on Feb. 7 where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Kansas City Chiefs, 31-9. The Weeknd delivered a dazzling medley of hits during his halftime performance at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium.
