The NFL is struggling to contain the coronavirus, as players on THREE different teams have just tested positive . . .
New England Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore, two more Tennessee Titans players, and a Las Vegas Raiders player.
Gilmore’s case is especially interesting . . . because he played on Monday night AND spent some time chatting and hugging Kansas City Chiefs superstar Patrick Mahomes after the game.
Naturally, Patrick regrets that now. There’s no indication that he caught the coronavirus, but yesterday, he said, quote, “It was a little bit of a mental lapse. Just trying to [show] sportsmanship and stuff like that.”
He also said that he and his pregnant wife are sleeping in different bedrooms during the pandemic, because he doesn’t want to bring anything home to her.
