“Freaky Friday 2” is in the works, and Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis are coming back. But get this: They will NOT be switching bodies. Not with each other, anyway.
Director Nisha Ganatra put out a casting call that revealed some key plot details. Here’s the deal:
In this one, Lindsay is the single mom of a 14-year-old girl. And she’s engaged to a guy who also has a 14-year-old daughter.
The problem is the girls don’t like each other, and don’t want the marriage to happen. Lindsay and Jamie Lee switch bodies with the two teenage girls. And presumably, hilarity ensues before everyone learns to get along.
