Juice WRLD & Marshmello’s ‘Come & Go’ Debuts at No. 1 on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs Chart

It also bows atop Hot Alternative Songs and more.

Juice WRLD and Marshmello’s “Come & Go” debuts at No. 1 on Billboard‘s recently revamped Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart and the newly launched Hot Alternative Songs survey, bowing atop both lists dated July 25.

“Come & Go” is the first song to debut at No. 1 on the former chart following a track’s release week since Green Day’s “Oh Love” in August 2012.

“Come & Go” enters with 36.4 million U.S. streams and 12,000 downloads sold in its first full week of tracking (ending July 16), according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.

It’s the late Juice WRLD’s first appearance on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs and Marshmello’s second, following “Tongue Tied” (with Yungblud and Blackbear), which hit No. 3 last November.

“Come & Go” concurrently starts at No. 1 on the Alternative Streaming Songs and Alternative Digital Song Sales charts. The track is the second song to rule the former, as well as Hot Alternative Songs, since both charts began, after six weeks atop each for Powfu’s “Death Bed,” featuring Beabadoobee.

“Come & Go” has been serviced as a single to alternative radio; it received 66 spins on the format in the tracking week ending July 19.

The song is joined by Juice WRLD’s “Man of the Year” on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, Hot Alternative Songs and Alternative Streaming Songs charts at Nos. 3, 3 and 2, respectively. The lattermost rank makes for the first time an act has claimed the top two spots on Alternative Streaming Songs in its seven-week existence.

The tracks debut on the all-format Billboard Hot 100 at Nos. 2 and 51, respectively, and parent album Legends Never Die soars in atop the Billboard 200 with 497,000 equivalent album units earned, the largest week of 2020 thus far.
