Demi Lovato will star in their own Roku Original show, The Demi Lovato Show, premiering on July 30.
Lovato will bring an array of all-star guests and experts for frank discussions about activism, feminism, gender identity, sex and body positivity, mental health, and interplanetary visitors during the 10-minute episodes. Lovato hosts similarly deep conversations with guest stars and experts, such as Drew Barrymore and Jane Fonda, on their 4D with Demi Lovato podcast, which launched in May.
The Demi Lovato Show is the first of over a dozen Roku Originals programs to premiere on The Roku Channel.
“Some conversations can be difficult, but I’ve never been one to shy away from speaking candidly about things,” Lovato said in a statement. “We wanted to create a space that normalizes living your own truth — where people can speak, engage and more importantly, learn, together. The pop superstar and their manager Scooter Braun, who are executive producing The Demi Lovato Show, have the same credits on Lovato’s new UFO investigation limited series on Peacock titled Unidentified With Demi Lovato. Lovato’s Hungry comedy series about a group of people with eating disorders got a pilot order at NBC earlier this year, which they are also set to star in and executive produce. The Grammy-nominated singer’s YouTube Originals docuseries Demi Lovato: Dancing With the Devil, which opened this year’s SXSW festival in March, received a nomination for best music documentary at the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards.

Hannah Lux Davis directed The Demi Lovato Show, which was produced by GoodStory Entertainment and SB Projects. Lovato, Braun, JD Roth, Adam Greener, Alison Kaye, Scott Manson, Todd Yasui, and Sara Hansemann are credited as executive producers.
