Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were announced as Calm’s newest ambassadors. According to a press release, the pop star couple will collaborate with the popular sleep and meditation app on their “Breathe Into It” sessions, which include 13 sessions from the “Havana” songbird and 11 from the “Wonder” crooner — all sessions will focus on fostering gratitude, overcoming fear, and easing anxiety.
What’s more, Shawmila is granting thousands of free Calm subscriptions to Movement Voter Fund organizers and youth leaders of the Shawn Mendes Foundation.
“Everyone’s journey with mental health is different but no matter your struggle, know that you are not alone,” Cabello, 24, shared in a statement. “Meditation and mindfulness have been so helpful as I navigate life and prioritize healing.”
