“Happy,” the singer captioned a screenshot of the video chat.
Ariana Grande, Victoria Justice and more cast members of Nickelodeon’s Victorious didn’t let the coronavirus stop them from celebrating the show’s 10th anniversary.
On Friday (March 27), Grande and Justice — who starred on Victorious from 2010 through 2013 — shared videos and photos from a virtual reunion they held with their former castmates. The social distancing digital meet-up also included actors Leon Thomas III, Matt Bennett, Elizabeth Gillies, Avan Jogia, Daniella Monet, Eric Lange and creator Dan Schneider.
“This made me happy. 10 years later. Can’t even believe it,” Justice captioned a screenshot of the video chat on Instagram.
Grande, meanwhile, shared a black-and-white photo from the digital reunion. “Happy,” wrote the singer, who also shared a funny behind-the-scenes clip from the show.
During the video, Justice — who played the title character on the series, shared an emotional tribute — thanked fans and sent positive vibes to those stuck at home during the coronavirus pandemic.
“We love you guys!” Justice said. “Thank you so much for supporting our show after all these years — 10 years, that’s absolutely insane. We hope that you guys are staying home and staying safe and staying healthy. Sending you guys all our love in the world.”
Victorious ran for four seasons on Nickelodeon, introducing preteens around the globe to the talents of Grande and the rest of the cast. While juggling the show’s short-lived spinoff, Sam and Cat, the diminutive star segued into pop music with the release of her 2013 debut single, “The Way.”
